3D Printed Wall Clocks
When I was a child, there was a man on our street, an old school carpenter, a real craftsman. One of his signature products was a wall clock shaped in the image of a map of Ireland. We had one on our wall growing up. That man has long since retired and his type of hands on skill wont be seen again. I wanted to recreate that look using my 3D printer in place of lord knows how many hours of work.
I make these clocks in two versions. One in light coloured wood effect PLA and the other in black. Each is very striking and would be a compliment to any wall.
The Ireland clocks are designed to hang using their integraded wall hook. A free standing, mantlepiece version is currently in the works.

Wall Clocks
Wall Clocks are approx 10 inches in total height with a roman numberal face and either black or silver hardware, depending on the colour. Clocks require 1 AA battery to run (not included).
All 3D printed artwork and other items produced by RJDD are made using our Bambu Lab P1S printer. The maximum size of the prints produced is 256mm x 256mm x 256mm, although in practice multi coloured prints are often slightly smaller owing to the nature of the 3D printing process. We can use a maximum of 12 colours in a single print using our current setup.
RJDD has developed an in house design process to help sidestep some of these limits. Breaking larger pieces into separate parts increases the flexibility of our design and helps reduce production time.
